Construction and development activities are inevitable in every society and its level is directly related to the social and economic situation of the society. Waste management (caused by destruction, construction) due to the high volume of production and potential of pollution, is an integral part of municipal waste management.
To construction and waste management, plan, organize, maintain and execute operations related to the production, collection, storage, separation, transportation, recycling, processing, disposal, education and information in cities and their privacy , municipalities should be in line with their tasks under the Waste Management Law - the 2004 Parliamentary Assembly and the Administrative Code approved by the Cabinet of Ministers and the communique of the Ministry of the Interior, which communicates to all units the subsidiary has been notified.
Based on the standards and requirements presented in this documentation, the HICO Engineering Company has implemented mechanized and intelligent building and construction management processes and integrated three integrated modules including the Windows version, the web version, the Android version of the application version and the web-based module management Soil and construction waste and construction, together with the ability to communicate with all the hardware required to implement this plan and provide all the services needed to maintain the principle of integrity in the software available in the waste management organization of the intermediary in this project.
